Louisa was excellent, her advice invaluable and when the time came, the garlands were delivered to Suffolk in great packaging, superb condition and on time. The garlands gave us exactly the look we wanted and we received so many compliments. Please note that when they are first unboxed they do really shed, but this is as Louisa advised, totally normal and does not detract from their beauty and once they are up and absorbing atmospheric moisture they do not shed further. I cannot recommend Louisa or hukins hops more highly, a beautiful, natural product and a very good company for whom nothing is too much trouble.
